We have been dealing with Spagnuolo since we purchased our first property almost 30 years ago; dealt with Tony Spagnuolo. We also did our wills through them a few years back; dealt with Kristie. We are now at our third sell/buy (and forever home), dealt with Eric and Lisa; always very pleased with their services. We highly recommend them!
Unfortunately, we used this law firm for our condo sale and we’re not happy with them. From the start, it was like pulling teeth trying to get info to find out if the sale went through and monies successfully transferred. Important items were missed and Angie was not easy to deal with, and in the end accused our realtor of not sending her the correct documents (which she has proof she did) which resulted in her not taking our hold back money from the sale proceeds, resulting us having to pay later on… after a bunch of back a... read more
