Spagnuolo handled the legals for one of my real estate clients recently, and they were great! They were clear up front about the costs, the communication from Brittany was great, they were accommodating to my client regarding the timing & location of signing the documents and they closed & funded the transaction at light speed. Brittany and the team at Spagnuolo were extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.
My elderly father sold his home and I escorted him to Spagnuolo to sign the paperwork. I called their office in advance to let them know that my father, due to his age can become easily confused and feel overwhelmed about these kinds of processes. On the day of the meeting, their team was remarkably patient and kind as they walked him through the paperwork. They were very supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better experience.
