We are from Louisiana and we went to Omaha to be with our son who was in the hospital. When he got out, we went to the one at Old Market and I have to say, they have the BEST Chicken Parm I have ever tasted! I thought my own was good, but OMG!! Every time that I go in the downtown spaghetti works, I am promptly greeted by a friendly host/hostess. I never have to wait long to be seated. Once seated, a waiter/waitress is quick to introduce them selfes and to see that my order is taken. The resteraunt it self serves great italian dishes, that are both hot and filling. The ambiance is relaxing and shows a historic value that reflects the heritage of the Omaha Old Market area.
Serious Serious Pasta You are in for a treat. Nestled in Old Market Omaha, you will walk into time. Fabulous, festive atmosphere. And Ohhhh, the spaghetti. You will not be able to make up your mind between the incredible meatballs, and the sausage. So, you'll just need to get both. Bring your friends and your appetites.

Spaghetti works offers such a wide range of pasta, one would never leave for days sampling them all. Good hostesses, waiters and chefs. Will be returning! Great atmosphere inside and in historic downtown omaha.
Spaghetti Works – I think this is a great place to visit downtown.The atmosphere is very nice. The service does sometimes lack, but I think it is due to the volume this place receives.
Neat place, so-so food and service – We love eating outside and this place has a huge street-side deck that is ideal for watching people and studying the old-fashioned buildings of the area. We were seated quickly, but service was slow and spotty after that. The garlic bread was the highlight, as the pizza was soggy and seemed "processed" rather than homemade, and the pasta was watery (not properly drained). Picky kids may not like the spaghetti sauce (which I did like) as it has a lot of little tomato pieces.
Spaghetti Works and the Old Market – This is one of the two locations in Omaha and my favorite since I can visit the Old Market as well as dine. The many variets of spaghetti are fun to sample, there's pizza, sandwiches, salads and desserts, too. Free spaghetti refills so you can't go home hungry.
