We simply couldnāt recommend Richard and his team at Spaflow Ltd enough. We had placed an order for a stainless hot tub with a company called Resistance SwimSpa and boy we had a lucky escape thankfully lost no money unlike many other poor folk. We visited Richard and had a meeting where instantly we felt reassured that this guy knows his stuff, he put us at ease and gave great advice to allow us to choose the best options for ourselves. We chose Richard at SpaFlo after a horrendous experience with a cowboy company called Resistance Swim Spas. Having lost Ā£68000 we were obviously very wary about getting scammed again but having visited the factory we were reassured that this was a genuine and professional company. The pool was built and delivered on schedule to precise specification. The delivery up a narrow 33% hill was challenging to say the least but all achieved with great skill and obvious planning.
