Called with questions looking to book for a girls day, and Jaime was beyond helpful on giving us all the information we need to enjoy the day. When it came to best time to book, nearby attractions and dining she seemed to know it all! We are looking forward to our visit this Spring! Thanks Jaime!
Booked a treatment the night before we planned to checkout from the hotel. In the morning we decided it was pushing us too close to our leaving time so we called to cancel and they THEN told us we couldn't cancel b/c it is within 48 hrs. All it takes is a simple statement during booking saying just to let you know this is within our cancellation time so this will be nonrefundable. Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time at the spa in celebration of a 30th birthday. Susan was an incredible masseuse and the entire staff was so lovely!
The staff was incredibly nice and the IR sauna felt good.
