We have received excellent service from this company. We would highly recommend them. They are very professional and when we explained that the electrics to the hot tub was not working, they sent the engineer who was qualified to fix that problem as well as completing the full service. Nothing was to much trouble for him, even driving to Portsmouth to get a part so that the hot tub could be fixed today. Thank you so much. We will definitely be using you again.

Great communication and Tony was really helpful and explained everything. We had a fault with pump and had used another company recently for a leak but they were poor overall. Would only use they gives and they were great covering Hertfordshire.
The staff are always helpful and welcoming if we go into the showroom and they have great stock. Gary come to do our yearly service and had to arrange for an engineer to return to replace a pump, but got the process started for us by getting the showroom staff to get it arranged, we will be contacted when they have dates to get them back. Gary fully explained what he was doing and assisted with setting up our cleaning times so as not to disturb our neighbours too early or late.
