Spa Doc was sent out by my home warranty company. The service person sent out appeared to be a 'trainee' who was on the phone with someone else the entire time who attempted to walk the service person through the pool equipment components. *Spoiler: We saved $2,725 by getting another opinion* Do not use this company. If you do - please get a 2nd and 3rd opinion before agreeing with their assessment and paying a fee. ___ Problem: Our pool heater was taking 8+ hours for the hot tub to rise just a few degrees. Our home warranty company (AHS) sent SPA Doc to look at the heater and they told us that it needed to be replaced. The heater replacement cost was $3000 and not covered under warranty. Robert who is the owner did a wonderful job on my pool. He was very informative and knew exactly how to solve the problem. I highly recommend this company and I give Robert who is the actual owner a full 5 stars for his excellent service, he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
