Kassandra made the experience very comfortable! I went in for my first hydrafacial. She explained to me each step and made me feel at ease about it. She also shared with me her previous skincare journey ensuring I felt at comfortable with where I’m at but also educated on where she wants me to be during my treatments with her. I am happy to continue working with her and to follow her carefully curated treatment plan she made with me during my appointment.
