Excellent work. IF he was running late, he ALWAYS texted me and called. Please consider supporting young business's. Both the owner of Spade and the concrete guy were in their 20's, but very courteous, honest, professional and timely. Highly recommend.
Me and my Husband hired Spade construction to do a home addition (800 Square feet), a bathroom remodel (walk in shower) and replacing tile in our bedrooms, Brendan went above and beyond for us we ended up changing up the plans 6 or 7 times and he was polite and understanding the whole time and helped us come to a final decision. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! Brendan is a complete scammer who posts on Craigslist and Facebook and then hires any random worker who gives the lowest bid. His online reviews are all fake. Brendan is not only awful at his job but a terrible human as he has screwed over several customers. He comes across as a respectful guy but he is a pathological liar and a con artist so do not fall for it. Brendan was so helpful with building me a vanity. I had no idea what I wanted and he came up with a whole plan for me. He even was so nice when I wanted to adjust the plan. I would definitely hire him for all your construction and special needs.
We are very pleased with the work Spade C&R did. Everything they said they would do they did, from when they said they would show up to all that they said they would do. The work was completed in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with. Listened to my concerns and suggestions and communicated everything they were doing and how they were going to complete the work.
