Avoid this vendor! It has been 4 months and I have still not received my hot tub cover. Every time I call they are rude and give me some excuse. The last two times I called they said it was being shipped that week. Last time I talked to them was two weeks ago and I still haven’t even received a tracking number. I will be asking for a refund and contacting BBB. No business should treat their customers like this and they definitely shouldn’t charge them until the product is shipped.
order #21701, If I knew they were going to take an extra month to finish my spa cover, i would never buy from them. They lack professionalism, said they were going to call back abut never did, Sent them dozens of emails on updates and got 2 responses back. AVOID them at all costs, save your money and time and find another vendor. We were told it'll take 30 days, 55 days later we received the spa cover. They are a total headache.
Very happy with my new spa cover! Further, I am even more happy with the service I received. A mistake was made. Unlike most people and businesses in the world these days, the owner took responsibility and corrected it swiftly and to my satisfaction. Thank you!
