This company is not to be trusted. I ordered a spa cover in early November of 2025 &, through the process of trying to get my cover, the company lied to me several times about where it was in timeline. I was told it was going to be shipped over the New year holiday (about 8 weeks after ordering) & it should be delivered in early January. Excellent experience ordering a replacement spa/hot tub cover. Of several that I researched, SpaCovers.com website was the most user friendly for inputting dimensions, choosing options, and was comparably priced. Provided more color options than other sites. Timely delivery in 2.5 weeks, and finished product fits properly and is of quality materials and workmanship. I ordered a spa cover in Oct of 2025, and as of Jan 30th 2026, it has still not arrived. I've been told that it would be "shipping this week" several times since December, yet as of today it's still on their dock. Don't waste your time.
