Spa Covers has been our Go-To for a hot tub cover and now a cover lift. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Fit is important especially when having a custom cover made! You’ll get a live person if you call them, and that representative will help you with any question or concern you have. Most recently I spoke with Leena who helped me with an exchange for a cover lift that will work well with our spa.
