Excellent experience ordering a replacement spa/hot tub cover. Of several that I researched, SpaCovers.com website was the most user friendly for inputting dimensions, choosing options, and was comparably priced. Provided more color options than other sites. Timely delivery in 2.5 weeks, and finished product fits properly and is of quality materials and workmanship. I ordered a spa cover in Oct of 2025, and as of Jan 30th 2026, it has still not arrived. I've been told that it would be "shipping this week" several times since December, yet as of today it's still on their dock. Don't waste your time.
Short version of the story: Spacovers took 25+ phone calls and 7 months to make my cover wrong twice and is now refusing to refund my money. Stay far far away. Now if you want the full story.... I sent spacovers my rough dimensions in May 2025, got a rough quote from them and sent them a template I traced on plastic at the end of May. Avoid this vendor! It has been 4 months and I have still not received my hot tub cover. Every time I call they are rude and give me some excuse. The last two times I called they said it was being shipped that week. Last time I talked to them was two weeks ago and I still haven’t even received a tracking number. I will be asking for a refund and contacting BBB. No business should treat their customers like this and they definitely shouldn’t charge them until the product is shipped.
order #21701, If I knew they were going to take an extra month to finish my spa cover, i would never buy from them. They lack professionalism, said they were going to call back abut never did, Sent them dozens of emails on updates and got 2 responses back. AVOID them at all costs, save your money and time and find another vendor. We were told it'll take 30 days, 55 days later we received the spa cover. They are a total headache.
