12/3/2021 at approximately 12:45 I ordered pot roast. I got out to my truck to eat, pot roast was ice cold. I take back in and spoke with manager stating I wanted my money back.. never offered an simply apology. Told me I needed ID for refund when I just left 3 minutes earlier. I go to retrieve ID from truck go back in, manager hands me my refund without even looking at ID.
