I used Spaces Storage Napanee in January/February and was very happy with the service while I packed up to move to the country. Every time I phoned I was treated with such warmth that I knew moving to the area was a good thing - nice people, everywhere. The storage unit we had was a few units in from the end which surprised me that there was some water damage to our cardboard boxes. I took that as a learning experience. Rubber totes should be on the ground, not boxes. Now I know. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
My unit was broken into and all my valuables and personal items were stolen. They won’t provide any video footage. They claim the gates lock at 7 pm - THEY DON’T ever close them. It is pathetic and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you want to have everything of value stolen!
