Appraisal lady is extremely pretentious, rude and mean. she was rude not only to me but people she was actually selling something to. I’m surprised they put up with her because I never would have. I walked out. Prices are way over priced for used pieces. They have their silver semi precious stone rings marked it over $100 LOL . The appraiser doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing.
