Spaces Riparian plaza is located on eagle street, with stunning panoramic views of Brisbane. The team is lovely and great to work with, and are quick to address any concerns that arise. I love cominng to work every day when I work in a space that is looked after and well maintained.
Terrible business! Do not use! Was tricked into agreeing to a 6 month lease extension after obviously wanting to finish. I’ve got full email trail to show all of this.
Avoid this company at all costs! Signing a contract with them is a trap. They lure you in with a seemingly reasonable quote but hide numerous fees that they never disclose upfront. None of these were mentioned when I received my quote. Once you’re locked in, they threaten to lock you out of the office if you don’t pay these hidden charges. The receptionist who provides the quote is NOT to be trusted—what they tell you is completely misleading.
