Thanks for the reply. Ash called today, 23 Feb. Like I mentioned, since my query was ignored since 13 February, I went online to pay using card. I wanted direct debit. So no need for me to submit a ticket just to get a response. --- Can someone answer my query. I signed a lease 13 Feb. Wanting to pay on the same day but at first invoice was wrong then bsb given was swift code. It's 20 Feb. So I registered and paid online. I’d like to share some feedback regarding my experience at the Space office in Parramatta. While I don’t visit the office very often, over the past few months I’ve unfortunately encountered the same issue on multiple occasions, which has been quite frustrating. Each time I’ve come in, I’ve had difficulty obtaining a temporary building pass because my name wasn’t registered, despite an email being sent the day prior. I work here everyday. It's the absolute best place to spend your day. The staff, Ash, Monica, Subina & Zerene are lovely. The view and vibes of this place is close to none. You will walk out everyday feeling great. I have lost my office tags multiple times and the staff were quick to resolve the matter for me. I recommend everyone definitely staying here.

Highly recommend Spaces in Parramatta Square! Ash, Subina, Monica, Ashmad & Zerene are privilege to work with them! Very helpful always, kind and very positive! The premises are fantastic, the view from the 49th floor is outstanding. 24/7 access. What else can we ask for?
