If I could give a zero rating I would. The worst service and treatment of small business I have ever experienced. They lock you into a lease and find ways to charge you left right and centre! Do not sign up. Gosh! I thought it was just me it’s everyone below! Shocking and shameful!
It was a very bad decision to sign up with them. If you have given account details that always have money, then good luck. They will charge you for the services that you never signed up for. A complete rip-off. Update: So customer service (overseas) team has contacted me and they agreed that the invoices were wrong and fixed it. I tried to call today parramatta office to arrange payment. Despite the excellent location, the customer service and account management were incredibly disappointing. They seem to do everything possible to impose excessive fees while offering minimal support. Hidden contract clauses come across as little more than a money grab.
