The staff here is great, but Regus/Spaces is a terrible company to deal with. They keep randomly adding charges to my credit card on file and won't refund me. They do what they want and for that reason I just stopped using their "services" and wouldn't recommend them at all. Just go to WeWork instead.
0/5 when it comes to bills and invoicing. had to exit in 3 months as I couldnt take it anymore absolutely agree to comments from others about sketchy business practices. Have filed a case against them with BBB and a local goverment agency dealing with misleading advertising.
Walked into Spaces to sign up for a one month period (only needed it for 2 and a half weeks). Ended up accidentally selecting a 2 year contract on the app unknowingly after being instructed by staff to sign up online and enter my CC. Staff pointed out my mistake to me immediately and 'attempted' for weeks to get it fixed (they were trying to get it changed to a month to month so I could cancel the subscription - I have so many internal emails of them acknowledging the mistake and requesting for it to be fixed internally). Nothing to complain about. Being rather empty was a positive for me. Many different seating locations, views & options. Good helpful staff. Just seems a bit expensive to me at $50 for 1 day, but that seems to be the going rate in Vancouver. Cleanliness good. Entrance a bit hard to find. Printing system worked well, which I can't say about most co-working spaces.
