I was searching the area for storage facilities and came across Spacemaker Storage. I placed a call to enquirer about the units, Sabrina had answered the phone and was so very polite and helpful! We came in today to rent a unit, Sabrina went above and beyond in helping us select a unit and made sure the location was going to be convenient for us. We are excited to get things moved in. Thank you Sabrina for your wonderful help and customer service! We will definitely refer more people to Spacemaker Storage in North Webster!
The staff is friendly and the facility is clean
I am very disappointed with this New ownership. I had 3 units with the previous owners. I was paying $187 per month total. Now I have 1 unit and I am paying $150 per month. Simply outrageous increases. This same unit with Pack Rat is $99 per month. I hear about improvements. If you call painting the doors RED when they were GREEN I guess they have improved things.
