Property is very clean Excellent Customer Service Mr. Michael was so efficient I was in and out with a storage within minutes.
I’m a new resident of New Orleans. Happy to be I. The city. I neede storage for my belongings while I get settled and wanted something close to where I now live. I went to Cube Smart because I’ve been a customer before . This particular facility is SPOTLESS! Looks shiny new actually. Michael at the desk was so helpful in helping me choose right size unit. Paperwork was done effect. This facility shines as an example of the brand!
Reserved 2 10x20 units through the call center, but when I got to the office to get the keys one was only a 10x10. When I pointed out that it was a square he argued with me and said it just looked small. So we looked at the other unit and it was the correct size, but it still had someone else’s stuff in it. It took a very long time for him to switch the paperwork to give us another 12x20. Then when we went back with a lot to store, they advised that the paperwork was wrong and had to be redone.
