Keith was great to work with. He listened to my questions and gave me great advice on the best approach for renting a storage unit for an incoming freshman at USM. He was honest and very accommodating.
The units are great and the people are nice. Unfortunately, I was mislead whether intentional or not, that the moving truck can be used for moving stuff out and in. I was told I could use the moving truck up to 50 miles. She assured me that I could use it for free as many times as I needed until I reached 50 miles. Apparently that's not their rules and it would require her putting special notes on my profile to enable me to use the moving truck, other than the first 6 days after getting a unit.
