Where did Wendy go! The new manager is absolutely rude, arrogant, condescending and VERY unprofessional. We originally stored our boat for one year when Wendy was the manager and had a polite and excellent experience! We returned in June, 2024 with an anticipated and expected increase in rate. Ironically, after the new Manager insisted on being confrontational, we received a notice of a rate increase due to “local demand and cost increases”. Great friendly service. Clean and secure location to store your belongings. Highly recommend! Misunderstanding on my part that it’s not truly contactless if rented online as I had to wait to gain access to my Saturday 5pm rental until Monday.
