I started storing at Spacebox in 2021 soon after they opened. I was very happy there under the previous manager, Wendy. I estimate I’ve spent over $10,000 over the years at Spacebox and previously left a 5-star Google review. Things changed dramatically once the new manager, Zen, started working there. Called the office spoke with Shonda and she was amazing! I was going somewhere else to do business but she talked a good game and reeled me in. I'm mad cause she told me she won't be here long now i may have to go where she's at cause she is the best person I've met in a storage facility EVER!!!! I Almost hired her for my office!!! Yall have an amazing employee and I will go see her any where she's at!!
I was crazy stressed out from having to move and wasn't sure what size storage I would need. There was this lady there named Dana and she was so helpful and sweet. She totally helped me when I absolutely needed it. Not only was I helped with a unit, the facility was clean and organized. I would highly recommend this place and I would highly recommend that when u arrive to talk to the lady Dana that helped me, she was so helpful.
They are amazing and quick! They are organized and the units and area is clean and secure. Jorge and Shonda are awesome.
