Stay far away from this company and facility. Boat and RV owners do not rent here. Public storage took this place over and it has gone to poop. Was paying $300.00 a month with no time restriction when I can come and go. 24/7. Now that Public Poop took over. My rent went up to $400.00 and now we can only access the rv and boat storage between 8am. To 9pm. But the storage facility is 24/7. They are big on the bait a switch game. 64% rate increase starting the sixth month. Contract says they can increase anytime with a 30 day notice. If the idea is to let go of customers within five months, and have empty units, they are doing a great job!
Great Storage that is climate controlled and new. The facility is kept cleaned and maintained. The customer service is outstanding as Kei and her staff do an incredible job.
