Took my car in for a scheduled diagnosis on a Thursday at 730AM. Promised I would have a report along with a quote for repairs by noon. After waiting most of the day went back at 4:00 p.m. and was given many excuses, but was promised once again that I would have a full report sent to me by 6:00 p.m. that evening. When I return the next day I realized they were not open and would not be open until that following Monday. Twice the quality and customer service, half the price of dealership service centers. Sergio and his team of mechanics know how to listen to the customer and learn to understand the car, its history and plan to keep it in great shape. Super happy!

Called Sergio for an estimate. His new catch phrase should be "I can't do that." I asked how much it would be for a rebuilt engine. He said he needed to know what was wrong with it, which I understood. So I asked him to pretend you have to do the complete rebuild (which is the rebuild kit plus the labor) and he said I can't do that. He wanted me to take my car in first instead of just quoting me. That's how they get you. They have you take the car in, they take it apart and then charge you a diagnostic fee. Shady business to... read more
