Teresa is an incredible facilitator with extreme knowledge and intuition. Under her strong yet delicate guidance, the work we did was opening portal to the self. She created a space of safety, understanding and love. My partner and I felt a much bigger sense of peace, equanimity and happiness thanks to the release of stored trauma through the breath work that our guide facilitated. I have received a lot of bodywork, and Teresa has given me some of the best massages of my life. She is able to intuitively find the areas that need attention and is methodical in addressing problem areas. Her home is very serene with woods and a stream in the yard. I will be back often!
