Home away from home vibes!
All of the instructors have been incredibly kind and motivating. They are very accommodating around disability restrictions (even kind of weird ones) and have done an excellent job at helping get a good workout in a supportive environment!
I love it here! Happy to have finally found a gym that feels right, is close to me and many places I frequent, and family friendly (one of my favorite classes includes childcare.) I already plan on extending my membership. ⭐️
I love the variety of classes offered here as well as the instructors! Lisa and Lindsey have done a great job creating a space that welcomes EVERYONE. Booking classes is easy and I always look forward to them!
