Customer service is horrible with the new bud tenders. Especially the women . So I believe I will be going back to terrapin. It's a shame too because I actually like shopping there at one time. But they don't take care of their long-time people I'm talking about people like me that spend thousands of dollars. So I guess bye.
Crappy people, the people they got working in there now were just so much into themselves they don't even know anything about customer service.
Space is always been a place where I've enjoyed shopping. But lately I don't know if it's the new Bud tenders or what it just seems like it's not the place to go anymore. Other people I've talked to say the same thing when the place first opened up it was good. Some of the old bartenders are good but the new ones are just basically horrible they measure your stuff out with tweezers it's to the point where I don't even want to go back there anymore and I've spent thousands of dollars in there.
I'm a long time shopper of the space dispo. Lately I don't know what it is but the bud tenders have gotten worse I just am at the point where I don't even want to shop there anymore. The younger female bartenders are very rude and very unconsiderate of their customer. I've spent almost $10,000 in that store and it's probably time for me to move on.
