I'm going to stop shopping there I spent over $10,000 in that place and every time I go in there now the workers are so stoned they can't even get the orders right they forget to put stuff in the bag it's like OMG you guys quit smoking people that serve alcohol all day are drunk you guys smoke too much freaking pot in there to be working there.Â
Don't buy Vape carts here if they are on sale. The carts are defective and this dispensary will not replace or return unless the cart is physically broken or won't connect to a battery. This is BS. Great way for big brands to move defective products with a big brand name on it, and then blame the user. I expected better from this place.Â
Customer service is horrible with the new bud tenders. Especially the women . So I believe I will be going back to terrapin. It's a shame too because I actually like shopping there at one time. But they don't take care of their long-time people I'm talking about people like me that spend thousands of dollars. So I guess bye.Â
Crappy people, the people they got working in there now were just so much into themselves they don't even know anything about customer service.Â
Space is always been a place where I've enjoyed shopping. But lately I don't know if it's the new Bud tenders or what it just seems like it's not the place to go anymore. Other people I've talked to say the same thing when the place first opened up it was good. Some of the old bartenders are good but the new ones are just basically horrible they measure your stuff out with tweezers it's to the point where I don't even want to go back there anymore and I've spent thousands of dollars in there.Â
I'm a long time shopper of the space dispo. Lately I don't know what it is but the bud tenders have gotten worse I just am at the point where I don't even want to shop there anymore. The younger female bartenders are very rude and very unconsiderate of their customer. I've spent almost $10,000 in that store and it's probably time for me to move on.
