If I could give zero stars, I would. Honestly the most disgusting storage unit I’ve ever dealt with. We cleaned out a unit, It was completely covered in rat poop, had it completely cleaned out, swept and everything. We took pictures. The owner was one of the rudest we’ve ever dealt with. She pretty much just shoved a broom at us and said it’s part of our agreement, it needs to be swept out. It’s absolutely pouring rain. She made us go back and sweep it out again. Was on direct deposit and was charged late fees more than a few time she fixed one time can’t understand how you can even get late fees when your the one that takes the money out on the day can’t get in after dark so if you work all day you can’t get your stuff if it’s storming the keypad don’t work I can go on and on
