I have been working with Michelle for about three and a half years. Before that, I had no experience working with a mental health professional. Michele's personality, charisma, and professionalism made the barrier to entry low. Since that time, with the help of Michelle, I have been able to gain a better understanding of who I am and improve my mental health overall. I've worked with several therapists over the years and Michelle is simply the best. She listens and gives thoughtful and insightful feedback; I always learn something at every one of my sessions with her. She has great book recommendations, too! She has a welcoming, warm energy and I feel so supported and cared for in our time together. She also does EMDR and I found that very helpful with trauma recovery.
I’ve been working with Michelle for years now and I have to say that I am so grateful to have made the connection. She is kind and caring and always creates a safe space for me to process my thoughts and feelings. I am so thankful for her and I highly recommend her.
If you're like me and you want a therapist/counselor that will engage with you and help you get to those "aha moments" rather than sit in a chair quietly and wait for you to get there on your own, Michelle is for you.
