Worst agent ever. I helped friend to move out and in to purchased house with this bad agent. They kept changing moving date 4 months.keys were agreed to be given by 11 am, when old house was to be vacated by 1pm. We started stacking furniture at new address, keys were not given before 5 pm Friday. Moved in a dark there is debt on prepayment meters, no water tap to flush toilet, no hot water, no heating, no way to boil kettle! Agent closed until Monday so is British Gas, poor soul is trapped with no way to even charge mobile ... read more
