I have had a hole in my ceiling from a water leak for over six months from where they came in and did half the job and they charge 120$ now instead of 20$ for late fee on rent. The only reason it was late is because the check was dated to the 6th which I thought was a part of the agreement. I've rented from this company 1 1/2 years and they couldn't wave the 120$ so I'm already looking at new places and intend to be out soon. This company is the slumlord of the DT area. They are terrible! Terrible service! They completely let me down with managing my rental units. They then refused to refund me any money when I had to evict and do repairs as a result of them.
