Unethical Billing. Balance Billing! I paid out of pocket while we waited for United HealthCare to approve (we were only waiting on a letter from the FAA) Space Coast Sleep knew what was going on. UHC approved and reimbursed me $187 less than I paid. The difference was provider discount (UHC said I should not have been charged provider discount and $187 should be refunded to me by Space Coast Sleep). They refuse to return the overpayment even after UHC called them on my behalf. I'm in-network UHC. They lose a long term... read more
