Excellent service!! Dylan and Charice went above and beyond in order to make our purchase of a CRV easy, light-hearted , and enjoyable. They stood by their word, and were not at all pushy. Ridiculous price for an oil change and brake fluid. I only went to Honda because I thought it was covered under warranty. They told me it wasn’t AFTER they were done doing the work. I had an 8:30 appointment and it took over 2 hours to change the oil and brake fluid. I suggest going to A Auto Works in Merritt island. Much better.
I made an appointment for my Honda to take care of a recall and also perform a tire rotation. The appointment was made days in advance and when I brought my car in today, they kept it for over three hours before calling me to tell me the guy who had the tool necessary to perform the recall, took at home with him and wasn’t in today. We were on a summer vacation when the service light came on. We called Spacecoast Honda and they got us in for a change of all the fluids. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional and the price came in way lower than it would have been at home. Thank you to Ahmad and the lovely woman who helped me get a coupon at checkout!!! Excellent work.
I am so grateful for the service I received from Andrew at Honda Space Coast last Saturday. I went in with a concern and they fully examined my car to give me peace of mind that everything was ok with it. I appreciate their honesty so much as they didn't try to upsell me on service or parts I didn't need yet.
