I drive from Palm Bay to Cocoa to this dealership. Southeastern Honda did us wrong with a recall repair. They would not repair our car due to a VIN issue. Space Coast had the $4,200 steering issue fixed in 2 days for us. I'll always use Space Coast Honda from here on.
Using car dealer mechanics at Space Coast Honda is like playing roulette. If you get a good one that is experienced, you win. If you get an Inexperienced one, sorry, you lost. It was the luck of the draw. I got an inexperienced one. Replaced a tank fuel pump from inside the Ridgeline. Gas fumes from spilled gas on the carpet was so strong had to keep the windows down. We were in town on vacation and our 25 Accord's AC quit. They quickly diagnosed a defective condenser and had the part the following morning. Andy made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our Grandson's Birthday and not be roasting in the Florida temps. Thank you to all of the service folks I encountered and who handled my "crankiness" professionally.
