We were on a summer vacation when the service light came on. We called Spacecoast Honda and they got us in for a change of all the fluids. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional and the price came in way lower than it would have been at home. Thank you to Ahmad and the lovely woman who helped me get a coupon at checkout!!! Excellent work.
I am so grateful for the service I received from Andrew at Honda Space Coast last Saturday. I went in with a concern and they fully examined my car to give me peace of mind that everything was ok with it. I appreciate their honesty so much as they didn't try to upsell me on service or parts I didn't need yet.
Was estimated $600iah for a 30k checkup. Was formerly quoted over $1,000 when I dropped it off ($200 in parts). They were done in like 3-4 hours. Washer fluid wasnt even filled and I had almost none. I know dealers are overpriced but I would at least expect good service.
We were in quite a quandary, our trunk would not open either mechanically or by the FOB, and my wife’s wheelchair was in it! Almost missed a very important doctors appointment. Thanks to the guys in the service department they were able to shake a jammed handle from the latch with some good old muscle power. We are are forever thankful!
Beware of BAD service! Space Coast Honda was supposed to replace missing fasteners holding the plastic bottom engine shield during an oil change. It was OBVIOUS that fasteners were missing because it was temporarily held in place by a zip tie. Yet they changed the oil and filter without replacing the missing fasteners I’d specifically asked the service advisor to replace. So the shield fell off again on my way home damaging it.
