Had a 9am appt and was there at 8:40 then was told my appt was canceled/ going to be rescheduled because wasn’t there at 830 for paperwork to be filled out. Which I never was never told to be there at 830 but Ester saw me sitting there and didn’t say anything until appt time and when I walked up to window after signing in for appt. Ester was completely rude, unprofessional and lack of patient etiquette

We haven’t had such a thorough exam in forever. Very thorough and really listen and explains. Spent an 2 hour since it was our initial check up .here is a doctor who LOVES his work and his patients .

For years now I’ve been trying to find a Dr that will help and understand why I’ve been having very weird symptoms that have been going on for years. I use to be apart of Parrish medical center and My pcp would change often due to the drs leaving. I would have to start all over again once I had another dr. My first appointment at this office seeing Dr Besner was amazing. He had reviewed everything from hospital visits to possible diagnosis and symptoms.
