I bought new a 2015 roadglide. I purchased extended maintence package. Twice I suspected but once I know they took oil filter off and cleaned it and put it back on. I believe they never changed the oil. They used white pipe dope on the drain plug. They set rear belt so tight it would cause premature main bearing wear on tranny drive belt. Just got through with the motorcycle safety course. Instructors Barbie and Michael are very nice, attentive and know what they’re talking about. My only issue was some instructions were given really fast and I didn’t have time to understand them. I’d have to watch what the people in front of me were doing. Also they ask if anyone has any questions and I always ask a lot of questions due to having difficulty understanding things sometimes. This was my third purchase, guess I’m the fool. First experience was fair we purchased a new ultra low, second purchase was a used trike.. they did not do a 50 point inspection on the trike when we got it home we noticed an oil leak, since it was under warranty we took it to Dealer who let us know the aftermarket oil filter didn’t fit right and was causing the problem.. of course not covered by warranty my expense.
