Biggest pain to open an account ever, worst experience you could imagine. They don’t even open the accounts at the branch locations, everything is done online. We uploaded IDs, Social security cards, utility bills, 2 forms of mail, and they still questioned our identity. Absolutely Terrible communication, I mean actually horrendous. We decided to go to another bank that actually wanted our business. Don’t even waste your time.
1. Closed on Saturday's now when the rest of the world is off work and actually able to go into the bank. 2. Also upset because we went in here this week to have paperwork notarized and the notary forgot in Florida there is a Florida Jurat from that also needs to be signed and notarized so when I went to submit my notarized paperwork it was rejected because the notary didn’t include that form and now I have to go back into the bank and start the process all over again. 3.
