1. Closed on Saturday's now when the rest of the world is off work and actually able to go into the bank. 2. Also upset because we went in here this week to have paperwork notarized and the notary forgot in Florida there is a Florida Jurat from that also needs to be signed and notarized so when I went to submit my notarized paperwork it was rejected because the notary didn’t include that form and now I have to go back into the bank and start the process all over again. 3. I have to say, this is an incredibly bad financial institution. Their website and mobile app were nearly unusable for a long time. They finally upgraded them, but now, over a month later, their site still does not integrate with Quickbooks. Adding external accounts is also way more difficult than it is at any bank I have used. Recently, I deposited some checks, and one of the checks was not accepted. They did not notify me in any way that the check was not accepted.
