Amazing staff here. Always have time to go through and work stuff out with you. You’re not treated like a number. The very best of the ethos of a credit union supporting their members. I’m never going back to a big bank again.
This location is awesome. Not sure what all the bad reviews are but staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Rarely do I need to physically go to the bank but happy I get to use this one - always a good experience.
The people at the branches that we have dealt with have been helpful and professional, however, the call center that we have to deal with is ridiculous. 1st of all-- The "menu" system simply sucks, there is no nice way to say it. It is cumbersome and sometimes leaves you in a loop, 2nd, you have to go to a branch to make changes to IRAs (the call center won't help you) but when you get to the branch, they put you on the phone with the call center. It’s pretty amazing how bad this place is for even normal, easy stuff. They had a barely functional website, so they updated it, but when they updated it, it no longer synced to QuickBooks. They said they were going to fix it, and they still hadn’t months later. They also rejected a check I tried to deposit one time, but they didn’t inform me in any way.
