This morning, I stopped by to cash a check and was met with rude and unprofessional treatment. The teller claimed I needed a legal visa to cash my check, which is completely false. This has never been a policy or requirement before, and I’ve never had any issues using my valid passport. To make matters worse, the check was issued by their own bank, yet they still refused to process it. I have been waiting over 45 minutes on the phone until I got so frustrated and I hung up, they have a problem with the computer and I guess nobody works the telephone over there. I’m very disappointed.
Making payments online to your loan on the app or website is not user friendly. Update made to the app and website was for the worst.
