Is not about the location, is just in general with bank, the app couldn’t be worst, the atm even worst, costumers service doesn’t even know how their own bank works
I recently opened a new account, and the experience was both pleasant and professional. My new card didn't arrive when expected, but I knew the reason. I'd moved in the interim, and banks don't allow statements/cards to be forwarded for security reasons. Upon my return to clear up this issue, I was helped by the same person (Debra) who had made opening the account so easy. She made the correction on the computer while I waited.
