Online derive is extremely unhelpful and you can’t get a hold of anybody on weekends. I deposited a check 4 days ago and they still haven’t given me my money. Shoddy bank. I’m switching banks soon, nothing but annoyance after annoyance with this bank.

I don’t like the mobile app nor do I like the fact you can’t seem to talk to an actual person. I’ve been on hold for almost 1 hour. Trying to get some information from them before I go to a branch. Think it’s time to switch to another financial institution.
I would give this bank no stars if that was an option. We closed on a home loan and were given wrong information on our loan. We called and they refused to make it right and refused to listen. I will NEVER go through SCCU again for anything. They also didn't have our information updated for our account and it took 20 mins of talking to someone for them to figure out why we couldn't get into our online account. Everything is always broken here. The coin machine is never working. Today the ATM was down again. Why do we pay them so much money if they refuse to perform basic maintenance?
