My experience and reopening my account was amazing. It was very quick. So when I read all these bad reviews, I just wondered if they just had a bad day. Also the teller Mrs. McKenna Was totally patient with me as I got a call in the middle of everything I had to deal with. She went above and beyond to tell me every thing possible with their credit union. She also gave me $20 in gold coins and two dollar bills. And then when I thought that was enough, she came out and gave me three rare dollar coins that somebody left behind ... read more

Online derive is extremely unhelpful and you can’t get a hold of anybody on weekends. I deposited a check 4 days ago and they still haven’t given me my money. Shoddy bank. I’m switching banks soon, nothing but annoyance after annoyance with this bank.
