I visited this facility with the intention of making a simple car payment, but instead I encountered unprofessional behavior and an overcharge on my card. When I requested the return of my bank card and refund, I felt unsafe to the point that I had to contact the police. During this interaction, Elizabeth Henderson approached me in an aggressive manner, pointing her finger in my face while my child and other customers were present.
