I have been with this bank 8 1/2 years and save $40,000 dollars I wanted to to buy a 10,”000 sqft property to raise $10million dollars to save a species of black creek crawfish only found Jacksonville county I started I apply for a loan to get $50,000 for 2 years to get the remain $10,000 dollars the best the bank could do is $200 dollars it a sad day when there is no bank doesn’t have a no doc loan any more to save these crawfish from being dying off
I have been with SCCU for at least 5 years. We have 6 accounts, 1 being a business account, and 3 credit cards. Online banking is horrible. Hold times are REDICULOUS. You deposit the check, it shows the available amount and you can't use it because they put a 3 day hold on it. Customer service wait times are LONGGGGGG! And when you finally get someone to assist you, they are usually angry and arrogant and your problem is never fixed. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS NEED ACSSESS TO THEIR MONEY! My experience with this bank has been with multiple auto loans. I appreciate the 10 day grace period (I know this is pretty standard), they let me skip one payment per year if I need to (which extends your loan by a month so it's not really "skipping"), there was a time I thought I was gonna lose my car and they let me pay only 15% of my monthly payment for 3 months to avoid repossession which saved my car (again any portion of the loan you delay paying will extend your loan). I have had car loans for over 40 years and have financed at least 20 cars in my life and this is by far the worst bank I have ever done business with I would be embarrassed being called a credit union ,,,, going to refinance my loan with a other bank
