I was on hold for a loan rep twice for over 12 minutes. Ridiculous, lucky 1 star is the least I can give you. Glad I'm paying you off and will n ever do business with you again. Terrible service.
Why did they stop putting a balance on the receipt. They give you.
Terrible customer service in the loan department. McKenzie was rude, disinterested in helping, very dismissive.
