Terrible customer service in the loan department. McKenzie was rude, disinterested in helping, very dismissive.
Pretty upsetting first trip to the atm to make a deposit. Apparently, unlike other baking institutions you are unable to make a deposit or use the atm with tap. Seeing as I was 10 minutes from home and my wallet I was unable to make a deposit. Extremely disappointed and again… it was my first impression and experience with the bank. It was a space coast card that was being used alongside via tap.
