Terrible don't recommend.
Absolute garbage, the fact that I had to call three times after going back and forth in messages to get a straight answer on how to empty and close an account after I was moved to Alaska is unacceptable. They say there are no restrictions on your account when they are, and tell you to go to another credit union to draw your money (and you cannot because it’s a locked account). I would not right now. I have been locked out of my account and there is no way to get ahold of anyone till Monday. What am I suppose to do in the mean time.I have been using the app for years and this last update my security questions are answered correctly and it sends me a text of numbers and I give the required number then gives me a group of random questions I answer them correctly and it locks me out. I understand security but this is ridiculous.
Yesterday I was locked out of my account. I signed in using the same phone I have used to access my online banking for a year. Couldn’t reach anyone to help me. Still can’t. Honestly SCCU, you freeze peoples accounts in the middle of a pandemic?!?!?! I needed to go grocery shopping and buy a birthday gift for a little girl yesterday but y’all messed that up for me. Don't believe everything you read. Applied for the hero loan with my son. All week long I called for updates was told everything was fine just needed to get final approval. After a week and a 1/2 I was told he was denied for no credit not badd credit and I was CO signing. I have good credit. I got no explanation and I tried to call the loan officer several times who has a voicemail what stated he was not able to access his voicemail. I requested a card April 15 when I lost mine every day a new lie about it being mailed overnighted promise after promise they just called me yet again to tell me they forgot to overnight it after a two hour phone call with them yesterday and will be once again sending one I dont believe I’ll ever see a debit card again you can’t call the branch only call centers and they don’t do temp cards this is the worst bank experience I’ve ever had
Screwed over all their business customers on paycheck protection loans. You suck.
RecommendedWe went to the Daytona Branch today, there were lines, but every drive through was open and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. We thank your employees for their competence, good cheer and professionalism. I imagine their jobs must be extra hard right now with all the frustrations being directed at them. Thank you for being there. You rock.
