I'm extremely disappointed in Space Coast. When I opened the savings account they told me there were "no fees". I left the money there knowing it would get a little interest and I would have it if I needed it. It's been a little over 4 years since I looked at it. I trusted them. I logged in today and see that they started charging me a fee for leaving my money there without using it. No notice, just started charging me. I absolutely love space coast credit union. I switch over to them last year and have had the best experience. I walked in yesterday needing some help with accounts I messed up. Debbie Larson stepped in and helped me. She had such a positive attitude and took care of me. Also Becky up at the front helped us as well. Lisa, the teller in Titusville, was so rude I looked around for cameras. She kept answering my questions Socratically, as if I was stupid for asking them. On top of that this bank is about 20 years behind on capabilities/accessibility. Getting my next direct deposit then going to WF.
