Melissa the customer service rep/teller at the Titusville branch on SR50 helped me finish my paperwork for my personal loan. She walked me through the steps and helped me attach the needed documents. Even put me back in contact with approval team over the phone!! She was very patient and super friendly. SCCU should be proud to have someone like her representing their financial institution!! She goes above and beyond!!

I'm extremely disappointed in Space Coast. When I opened the savings account they told me there were "no fees". I left the money there knowing it would get a little interest and I would have it if I needed it. It's been a little over 4 years since I looked at it. I trusted them. I logged in today and see that they started charging me a fee for leaving my money there without using it. No notice, just started charging me.
