DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE! No communication, letters that show up weeks late, hidden rules they could have put in the application forms. I made the mistake of refinancing my home through this bank. Not worth the meager difference in a lower percentage compared to other banks.
Tried to deposit a check, the woman in the drive through was rude. And questioning me why I was in Titusville, when I live in Palm Bay. Asking me why I got the check, ECT. Just what a terrible experience. I've been with space Coast for 10-14 years now. I will be switching banks, loyal customer now done.
Staff has been great every time I’ve been in for something, very good about setting you up with whatever specialist you need to see as well.
The absolute worst customer service on the phone I’ve ever dealt with. 45 minutes into their touch prompts, 25 minutes with the agent and without answers and still can’t sign in to pay my auto loan.
This branch is so rude. The atm stole some of my money when I deposited it, came back the next day to check in on it the lady at the teller station was rude from the beginning and I was nothing but nice and said I would wait will she counted it since I was already there. Then another grouchy lady came out and said well will just credit your account it will take her a while to count like I was lying. Never once was I rude in any way to these people . Will stick to the PSJ LOCATION
