Tellers at this location are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and take the short drive to the PSJ branch where you will be treated respectfully as a customer.
After YEARS holding this account & after almost 7 years AFTER the death of my husband & getting MY SS deposited there, they LOCKED me OUT of our JOINT account online, citing I wasn't the PRIMARY on the account. I left. Moved my monthly deposit to a new credit union.
