this is the worst bank in the world I was locked out my account because they used false public info to verify my account. the tellers can't count shorted me money 3 times. loan rated are high
Terrible don't recommend.
Absolute garbage, the fact that I had to call three times after going back and forth in messages to get a straight answer on how to empty and close an account after I was moved to Alaska is unacceptable. They say there are no restrictions on your account when they are, and tell you to go to another credit union to draw your money (and you cannot because it’s a locked account). I would not right now. I have been locked out of my account and there is no way to get ahold of anyone till Monday. What am I suppose to do in the mean time.I have been using the app for years and this last update my security questions are answered correctly and it sends me a text of numbers and I give the required number then gives me a group of random questions I answer them correctly and it locks me out. I understand security but this is ridiculous.
Yesterday I was locked out of my account. I signed in using the same phone I have used to access my online banking for a year. Couldn’t reach anyone to help me. Still can’t. Honestly SCCU, you freeze peoples accounts in the middle of a pandemic?!?!?! I needed to go grocery shopping and buy a birthday gift for a little girl yesterday but y’all messed that up for me. on August 29, 2020 at 6.45pm I requested a copy of a mobile check deposit through the SCCU Message Center. In my message I provided the date in which the mobile deposit was made, the check amount, the eReceipt # and all details of the account in which said deposit went into. Fail as a bank. I have two loans with them and went to trade my boat in and get a new loan. Everything is automated now. Denied me with no explanation. I called the 1-800 and was told everything looked good and they have no idea why the underwriters denied me. No way to talk to them. You are just a number to these guys. Look else where.
Don't believe everything you read. Applied for the hero loan with my son. All week long I called for updates was told everything was fine just needed to get final approval. After a week and a 1/2 I was told he was denied for no credit not badd credit and I was CO signing. I have good credit. I got no explanation and I tried to call the loan officer several times who has a voicemail what stated he was not able to access his voicemail.
