Had a car loan through them, when car loan was paid off they took some of the money and opened up a savings account for $510 without my approval.

Always friendly and helpful. I have accounts at Launch CU too since 1979. But I have been switching to SCCU over the years because of better loan rates and closer to our home.
Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone if you call sick of the every other month new atm machines or when you have to drive to use the atm not just one but two bring down and also sick of there only being two people working the front desk hire more people. And when you do go in the staff is rude hire new staff who actually want to work if not get a stay at home desk job so no one can see you or hear you
