Very disappointed that I was not asked about my CD that matured last week….i did not want it at that rate……why was I not warned….??????..I tried to call you but the wait was outrageous…..I. Was going to bank today. But it’s closed for President.s day…. I DID NOT WANT another CD. AT THIS TIME…..I THOUGHT YOU WOULD TRANSFER THE MONEY TO MY SAVINGS……….VERY DISSAPOINTED….LOOKING INTO A TRANSFER TO SNOTHER BANK ……
SCCU is the most amazing banking experience..My phone got hacked and a man I was seeing got all my personal info..SCCU had my back they worked with me they canceled check s ordered new cards more then once.The employees in cocoa Beaxh areaweson people .They know me by name let me have my cards mailed there,because I had a stalker..5 stars thank you Space coast Crédit union.
This Place is absolutely Wonderful....
Been with this bank for 2 years. Had a secured loan and credit card. Paid both of them completely after a year. Had saving in this account. Good credit score and amazing job with excellent yearly salary. Still didn't got approved for small loan. They put you in a room like a prisoner let you talk to someone and promise to call you back. Than not even bother calling u and email that you been declined. No explanation, no option, don't care about you at all. Zero customer service. So I closed my account and took of my money.
