Extremely rude on the phone. Didn't answer by saying "Space Coast Auto Glass" answered by saying "Hello". As if I'm calling some house. Very unprofessional. Spoke with a mumble and when I asked him to repeat himself he got even more irritated than when he had to answer my phone call. Rather than asking "may I have your vin number so I can look up what kind of vehicle you have" (which didn't make sense based on what I was asking as I wasn't looking for a windshield replacement) it turns out his mumbling was just "vin number, ... read more

Scott is an amazing guy helped me out in a big way when i needed glass for a 31 year old truck... had that glass in my hands in less than 24hours and on a day he was scheduled for shoulder surgery!!...thats commitment I like that guy you will too!....hope that shoulder is healing up nicely Scott thanks again ken A
