Have use Space City IT for my business 5 times and they are always fast and reliable. He fixed 4 printers in 2 hours the first time I needed support. We have several old printers we heavily use that require maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend the service saved us a lot of expense and time.
Great service - came to house and fixed everything on my printer quickly with no surprise charges!
Excellent service! Friendly & knowledgeable technicians! Worked with me to figure out the problems I was having with my laser jet printer. Ordered the parts & repaired on site. Had my printer back up and running before the "other guys" returned my call. I will keep Space City IT on speed dial!
Excellent support. Very professional and great technical knowledge.
Prompt response to my request, showed up on time, well dressed and got me up and running quickly. Affordable prices for sure. Will be my go to from now on. I appreciate the low pressure, didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Toner prices are awesome. He will be my toner guys as well from now on!
