Dewald is the best of what makes small business great. He was responsive, understood the problem and what I needed, charged a fair price for labor and supplies, and made the whole experience of getting our office multi-function copier, scanner, printer back to full strength very pleasant and most importantly - efficient for me. Wonderful service experience with Dewald at Space City IT today. We called for help with our HP DesignJet T1700 Plotter today and luckily received same day service with Dewald troubleshooting our issue, cleaning out the spitoon, cleaning and changing the print heads and then cleaning everything up inside. Very professional, patient and explained everything very well. Even gave tips on future products to buy for the plotter and explained how things worked exactly.
