used to like this place, but then they started messing up my scheduled appointments a lot (not sure how you do that considering its 2019 and there is something called technology) anyway pretty sure this place is closed now as they no longer answer the phone or reply to your voicemails.

I've never given a bad review to any local businesses before. I'm known for my integrity professionally and personally and these people are breaking a promise that my gift card would not expire. I scheduled a float and massage before a major surgery and they messed up the reservation. They apologized in writing and verbally, and also told me to reschedule at any time in the future and it would not expire.
