I have called twice in the last half hour to ask a question about MY money and have been on hold with no one answering. I don't have the time to waste on wondering if anyone will ever pick up l will be taking my money somewhere else.
HORRIBLE to say the least. I had problems from day one from setting up zelle, ACH debit payment, my debit card being flagged and not being able to use it. One thing after another. Very disappointed. It has only been about two months and have talked to them more than any other bank i've been with. So lucky I didn't close my other bank account.
