I was really excited to do this program, paid a decent chunk of money. There was some improvement, I did my best with the exercises and Dr. K helped to correct what I was doing wrong. However, at the end of it all, some issues were still there, a little better. Now I have SI joint issues and an issue with my disc. So. Dr. Karch is amazing at what he does. I am a dentist and have scoliosis and his approach has really helped me to live pain free. I suffered from poor posture, back and neck pain. I received treatment from him and truly felt the changes in my body immediately. Since I have continued to follow his advice and expertise. I couldn't move my neck hardly at all when I first came into the clinic. I was finally able to sleep after just my first visit. I highly recommend Dr. Karch for chiropractic care.
Initially found Dr Karch on instagram and was interested in getting help with some chronic TMJ pain/discomfort. After 6 weeks, my jaw is feeling as good as it ever has. What I appreciate about Dr Karch is that he’s not promising that a simple adjustment is going to fix everything and instead gives you tools and resources to put in the work yourself and help guide you to feeling better.
Dr Karch is a true professional. If you need a great chiropractor in Utah County, Space Chiropractic is the place to go. I also love the fact that I can schedule appointments online through their website.
